Mas em algumas situações, às vezes por falta de compreensão ou experiência, administradores não conseguem interpretar o real motivo, e perdem grandes oportunidades de reverter a situação negativa e alcançar resultados satisfatórios novamente.

Ao não identificar o público de forma correta, a empresa pode adotar estratégias erradas para a comunicação e até mesmo para a criação de produtos ou serviços, o que acaba interferindo negativamente nos resultados e na relação com os clientes.
Ter certeza quanto ao público que se deseja alcançar, manter uma relação promissora antes, durante e após as vendas, deve ser um dos pontos mais importantes a se tratar dentro de uma empresa, em todos os setores.
Então antes de qualquer ação a pergunta deve ser… Qual é o meu público? Com quem desejo falar? Quais são as dores dos meus clientes? Como posso atendê-los e o que fazer para tornar o processo simples? Entre outras questões pertinentes para cada segmento.
Se esse cliente não estiver muito bem definido para a empresa, dificilmente os administradores encontrarão possibilidades claras de chegar até eles.

Essa questão é clara, mas infelizmente muitos administradores e empresários levam tempo para entender a importância dela.
Na maioria das vezes o erro nesse posicionamento acontece porque a empresa não entende ou conhece seu público alvo, e consequentemente, acaba perdendo oportunidades por não encontrar a melhor forma de ir até o público.
São normalmente aquelas empresas que estão em todas as redes sociais, mas não conseguem grandes resultados em nenhuma delas por, simplesmente, interpretar que só porque todos estão migrando de uma para a outra, ela também deve fazer o mesmo, mas a pergunta… “Será que meu público está lá?” ela nunca se fez.
Ao identificar seu público fica mais fácil entender onde ele de fato está, então se torna mais claro interpretar o que é preciso fazer para chegar até eles.
Se os resultados não estão saindo como o esperado, pode ser que a sua empresa não esteja na mídia certa, por exemplo, e aí cabe identificar qual seria a melhor opção.
Algumas empresas pecam por subestimarem seus clientes durante e após as vendas, fazem de tudo para que o comercial seja sensacional, atraia todos os olhares, mas esquecem de conferir se o produto bate com aquilo tudo que estão vendendo sobre ele.
Atualmente tudo que dá errado vai parar na internet com o dobro de facilidade se comparado as coisas que dão certo. Então subestimar que o cliente não perceberá isso, entre outras situações é o mesmo que atirar no próprio pé.
Conseguir um depoimento sobre a qualidade do seu produto é quase tão difícil quanto fazer uma venda, mesmo que ele supere as expectativas. Mas quando a situação é contrária, o nome da sua empresa vai parar em sites de reclamação e nas redes sociais mais rápido do que se pode imaginar e as consequências podem ser várias, como a queda nas vendas, perda de clientes e por aí vai.
É importantíssimo ser o mais transparente possível com seus clientes, deixar tudo as claras e facilitar o acesso dele a você, para que, caso algo não tenha saído como esperava, ele possa então entrar em contato e ter certeza de que terá o mesmo atendimento na pós venda. Isso fortalecerá a sua marca e criará uma experiência que o elevará diante dos concorrentes.

Ao estudar seu público, um dos próximos passos é identificar quais locais são ideais para atingi-los, levando em consideração principalmente as novas oportunidades, como nas redes sociais e através de influenciadores, que tem sido grandes formas de chegar até as pessoas certas, mesmo quando há pouco investimento (se comparado a outros meios de publicidade).
Enquanto para algumas empresas anunciar em estações de rádio pode ser uma grande vantagem, dependendo do público, para outras, anunciar através de um influenciador digital, por exemplo, pode ser uma ferramenta fortíssima para alcançar grandes resultados.
